England’s highest court to hear Guantanamo torture case

Seven law lords (equal to the us Supreme court )began deliberating today whether Britain can use evidence from other countries against terror suspects that may have been obtained by torture.

The other country in question is of course the United States and the aledged torture occurred at the US military detention facility in Guantanamo Bay , Cuba .

The Tony Blair following the lead of the Bush regime has been using the 911 disaster as an excuse to chip away at the civil liberties in their respective citizens
